Many Italians all share the same memory of eating juicy cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto growing up! There is nothing like a fresh Italian salad especially as the weather warms up! This recipe is full of delicious ingredients that combine together perfectly! It makes for a fabulous appetizer that tastes as great as it looks! It will undoubtedly have your guests and family coming back for seconds!

Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe melon, cut in half and seeded
- 10 slices prosciutto
- 18oz. container of mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, thinly chopped
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar kosher salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
