You will need:
• 1 Pound of Mussels
• 2 cups of Breadcrumbs
• 2 Whisked Eggs
•1/2 Can of Tuna in Oil
• ¼ Cup of Grated Pecorino Romano
• 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
• Salt & Ground Black Pepper
• 2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
