Ingredients
Almond Cake:
- 3/4 cup salted butter at room temperature
- 7 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1.5 tsp almond extract
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Amaretto Glaze:
- 3 cups +4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 9 tbsp + 1.5 tsp amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Finely chopped almonds to top the cake
