Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pancetta, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 250 g casarecce pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish (optional)
