INGREDIENTS
For Meringue:
- 6 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) white granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
For Chantilly Cream:
- 2 cups (473ml) cold heavy cream
- 3/4 cup (150g) white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla
For Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 1/2 cups (270g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (118ml) heavy cream
For Garnish
- 3-4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1-2 kiwi fruit, sliced
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
