INGREDIENTS
For Meringue:
6 large egg whites, at room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) white granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
For Chantilly Cream:
2 cups (473ml) cold heavy cream
3/4 cup (150g) white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla
For Chocolate Ganache:
1 1/2 cups (270g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
