Who doesn’t love cannoli and who doesn’t love cheesecake? Now you can have the best of both worlds! These cannoli cheesecake bites will be your new favorite dessert! Ingredients
- 2 cups pizzelle/ waffle cone crumbs
- 8 tbs melted butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups del pastaio ricotta
- 1 jar of Nutella
- two cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- Optional: sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Next, create crumbs from the pizzelle/waffle cones and add in the melted butter
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and cover with crumbs
- Gradually combine the ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl
- Add in the eggs
- Spread the cream over the crumbs in the baking tray
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream
- Put in the oven and let bake for 40 minutes (until edges are golden)
- Let cool for 25 minutes
- Once cool, frost with Nutella
