Ingredients

CASTAGNOLE DOUGH

  • 1 1/2 cups flour (205 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar (55 grams)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 zest orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons butter (softened) (40 grams)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Gran Marnier or Orange Juice

EXTRAS

  • vegetable oil for frying
  • granulated sugar for rolling
