Roman-Style Pizza Bianca

Napoli may have invented pizza, but Rome has pretty amazing pizza too. Roman-style pizza is known for being similar to focaccia and is topped with nothing but the freshest ingredients. In this Roman-style pizza recipe by Ooni it's nearly impossible to mess up.

Ingredients:

  • 150g of Warm Water
  • 9g of Salt
  • 1.3g of Active Dry Yeast
  • 225g of Bread Flour
  • 2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Throw whatever toppings you like to this pizza recipe and make it your own! You also don’t need an Ooni oven to make this, your conventional oven will do cook the pizza just as good.
