Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 oz of Brewer’s Yeast
  • 1/3 Cup of Sugar (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • Melted Butter (for brushing)

  1. There is no measurement for SALT or is it in the list of ingredients. But it appears on the video and the recipe instructions. I researched other Italian Brioche recipes and settled on two pinches. I never knew this recipe was call Italian Brioche, Where I grew up they are caled Facturas, or just croissants and made by a small Italian Bakery in San Pedro, CA. Why are you SHOUTING IN THE DIRECTIONS?????
