The mayor of Verona, Federico Sboarina stood outside Hospital Borgo Roma to show his appreciation for all of the medical professionals helping to fight combat COVID-19.
Alongside Sboarina were many police officials and a big Italian flag. Doctors and nurses looked out from the windows of the hospital to acknowledge the gesture.
