Row Venice is a nonprofit organization of women who generally host rowing classes for individuals in Venice. However, gondola lessons are impossible during quarantine. Therefore, the organization decided to use their skills in another way. Row Venice is delivering groceries free of charge.
In the video, the nonprofit state, “We hope that this service will not be forgotten after the emergency passes and that other companies are persuaded that eco-sustainable rowing, albeit slower, is a viable choice.”
