Ingredients

For the Blueberry Ricotta Cake:

  • 4ย large eggsย room temperature
  • 2/3ย cupย granulated sugar
  • 8ย Tbspย unsalted butterย melted (not hot)
  • 15ย ozย ricotta cheeseย (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4ย cupย sour cream
  • 1ย tspย vanilla extract
  • 1ย cupย all-purpose flour
  • 1/2ย tspย salt
  • 2ย tspย baking powder
  • 1ย Tbspย lemon zestย from 1 large lemon
  • 8ย ozย blueberriesย (1 1/2 cups) rinsed and dried

For the Glaze:

  • 1ย cupย powdered sugar
  • 2ย Tbspย lemon juiceย freshly squeezed
