- 3 tbsp granulated sugar divided
For Ricotta filling
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 lemon zested
- 7 oz Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp icing sugar optional
