Sporcamuss – Italian Cream Pastries

Sporcamuss are delicious flaky Italian pastries filled with rich cream.

They look and taste as if they take hours to make, but they only require 20 minutes of prep! Try the recipe below from the amazing Rosemary from “An Italian in my Kitchen“.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 roll pre-made puff pastry

PASTRY CREAM

  • 3/4 cup milk (172 1/2 grams)
  • 3/4 cup cream (whipping or whole cream) (172 1/2 grams)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar (112 1/2 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour (19.5 grams)
