Using simple ingredients, this recipe can be achieved with any other fruit or biscotti of your choice is you aren’t a fan of peaches or amaretti.
Ingredients:
- 150g of Ricotta
- 100g of Sugar
- 250g of All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Lemon
- Salt
- Apricot Jam (any jam you have will work as well)
- 2 Peaches
- 12 Amaretti Biscotti
- Icing Sugar
