Sweet Ricotta Crostata With Peach & Amaretti

The combination of ricotta, peach, and amaretti is not only light and sweet but creates an amazing flavor that you just have to try in order to understand.

Using simple ingredients, this recipe can be achieved with any other fruit or biscotti of your choice is you aren’t a fan of peaches or amaretti.


  • 150g of Ricotta
  • 100g of Sugar
  • 250g of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Apricot Jam (any jam you have will work as well)
  • 2 Peaches
  • 12 Amaretti Biscotti
  • Icing Sugar
