Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Lemon Italian Ice
- Lemon peel for garnish
Process
- Carve lemon ice into a small ball and store in freezer until use.
- Pour vodka, limoncello and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Place lemon ice into a martini glass and pour vodka mix over. As the lemon ice melts, it adds a touch of sweetness to the cocktail while keeping it cold.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
