Ingredients:
- .5 oz active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar + 1 cup for filling
- 2 cups milk
- 7 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10 oz (1 bag) mini chocolate chips
