Ubriaco is made by soaking cheese in different wines!

Ubriaco, or drunken cheese, is a cheese typical of Veneto. The cheese is soaked in various wine – red, white and even Prosecco, then aged. Food Insider visits the Carpenedo family in Treviso at their cheese factory, La Casearia Carpenedo. Check out this video to watch how it’s made!
