Ingredients
For the Donuts:
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (low fat or fat free is ok)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup of confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons of strong espresso (more or less adjusted to the thickness of glaze you prefer)
