Directions

  1. Put goat hearts into a bowl of water with a splash of vinegar for 10 minutes
  2. Skin potatoes and chop up
  3. Cut an onion into quarters 
  4. Cut fat off of hearts 
  5. Add olive oil to two pans and fry up hearts in one pan and potatoes and onions in the other
  6. Season potatoes and onions with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  7. Add in crushed tomatoes to the potatoes and onions and stir in grated parm 
  8. After 6/7 minutes, add in a can of water to the potatoes and onions
  9. After another 5 minutes, add in the goat hearts to the potato and onion pan
  10. Let cook on a low heat setting, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes
  11. After 45 minutes, enjoy it alone or over rice/pasta!
