Easter Egg Tiramisu Recipe

What better way to make tiramisu for Easter than in a hollow chocolate egg?

This recipe from An Italian in My Kitchen is unique and super fun for Easter! The tiramisu contains coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone filling! Perfect after Easter dinner!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chocolate Easter Eggs (hollow dark or milk chocolate)*
  • 8-10 lady fingers
  • ⅓-½ cup coffee

FOR THE FILLING

  • 1 large egg**
  •  tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone (remove from the fridge 30 minutes before using)
  • 1 cup cream (whole/heavy or whipping cream – at 30% fat)
