A Sweet Twist on the Classic Italian Dessert: Raspberry Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

  • Savoyardi Cookies 
  • Cream 33% 200 ml (7.05 ounces)
  • Mascarpone 250g (8.82 ounces)
  • Powdered sugar 100g (3.53 ounces)
  • Raspberry jam
  • Milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk cold cream with a mixer, and gradually add powdered sugar 
  2. Introduce the mascarpone and whisk
  3. Dip cookies in milk on both sides for about 2 seconds
  4. Put a layer of cookies at the bottom of the shape of your glass
  5. Add half of the cream with the second layer 
  6. Add raspberry jam with a third layer
  7. Repeat the procedure with cream, raspberry jam, and cookies 2 times
  8. Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours
  9. Garnish with raspberries and powdered sugar, and enjoy
