- 2-3 Plum Tomatoes, Sliced
- 4 oz. Mozzarella, thinly sliced
- Shredded Mozzarella, handful for topping
- Basil Leaves
- Oregano, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil, extra virgin
- Balsamic Vinegar, drizzle for topping
