This summer snack only takes about 10 minutes to make! The combination of grilled peaches and burrata is so delicious, its one of my favorite treats! I added some fresh basil from my garden and served this with bread and Prosecco.
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 Burrata cheese balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Grill sliced peaches until there are char marks on both sides.
- Arrange peaches, burrata and basil on a plate. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
