Cerchiara di Calabria is a provence of Cosenza in the region of Calabria. It’s located in the Pollino National Park and is home of Arponium in Magna Graecia, also known as Circlarium. Cerchiara is also known for having some of the best bread Italy. The wood fired ovens in this town are all run by women who are making the same recipes their grandmothers made.
