  • 7 ounces almond paste torn into 1″ chunks
  • 1/2 cup finely ground almond flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup sliced almonds leave whole or coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup [semi-sweet baking wafers] or chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil may substitute with canola oil
