Timballo is a popular Italian street food served in Napoli. It is originally and traditionally a type of pasta bake but T’Imballo creator Carlo Cuomo wanted to break the boundaries and create a street food that would appeal to the younger generation. These oven-baked treats incorporate classic Neapolitan cuisine wrapped in a crispy crust.
