For me, there is only Neapolitan pizza. Neapolitan pizza is pizza in its purist form; the true, Italian version. In America and around the world, pizza comes in a variety of styles. Chicago has deep dish and thin crust, Detroit has their pan style, New York has giant slices and New Haven has Apizza (pronounced ah-beetz).
