Baked Bechamel Pasta Recipe ๐Ÿ˜

This baked bechamel pasta is made with fontina cheese, nutmeg, and thinly-sliced prosciutto! YUM!

It is great on a cold day when you’re looking for a “comfort meal”! Get Giada’s recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1ย stick unsalted butter,ย 4 ounces
  • 1/2ย cupย and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1ย quartย whole milk,ย at room temperature
  • Pinchย fresh nutmeg
  • Sea salt and white pepper
  • 1ย cupย grated fontina
  • 1/2ย poundย thinly sliced prosciutto,ย julienned
  • 1ย poundย dry short pasta,ย such asย Gnochetti Napoletani
  • 3ย tablespoonsย unsalted butter,ย diced
