- 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened (3 tablespoons)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup toasted pistachios, very finely ground
- 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
