INGREDIENTS
For the Cake:
- Vegetable spray
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Campari liqueur
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting the pan
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
For the Meringue Topping:
- 4 large egg whites
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- Sprinkles, for decorating
