There is nothing like pumpkin bread during the fall!

This pumpkin ricotta bread is moist and has all the best fall flavors. It tastes even better days later and will leave an unbelievable smell in your home.


  • 1 big overripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
