Alright, so this one is pretty obvious, given the title. Vinny drew a lot of attention to his ketogenic diet on social media in 2017. After losing 50 lbs, Jersey Shore and Vinny fans alike were dying to know his weight loss secret, which he attributed to his keto diet.
2. There are over 100 recipes
Vinny began to share his ketogenic recipes on Instagram after fans became infatuated with his weight loss. Soon after, his followers were begging him to write a cookbook. The Keto Guido Cookbook contains over 100+ keto-friendly recipes with a 7-day meal plan and useful information like what to eat and what not to.
3. An expert gets into the “sciencey” part
The book contains a portion that helps the reader understand the basics of the keto diet. Karissa Long, a ketogenic diet expert and wellness coach, provides a scientific breakdown of how and why the ketogenic diet works.
4. It gets personal
Vinny has sprinkled in some personal stories throughout the book. Buyers of the cookbook describe Vinny’s anecdotes as “witty and charming“.
