Ingredients:

  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Eggs
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Flour
  • Nutmeg

Italians usually don’t measure. They eyeball the amount of ingredients they need and somehow always turns out.

  1. Hi, just wanted to say these are my all time favorites……….growing up we called them “worms” as they were squeezed through the ricer. The things we added was grated lemon rind and pepper to mixture. Anyway they are delis!!!
