Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ricotta (250 grams)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 grams)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (90 grams)
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
EXTRAS
- 3-4 tablespoons icing/powdered sugar (for dusting)
