“I can taste the flavor much more”: Italians Eating at Restaurants Again

This past Monday, Italy began reopening bars, hairdressers, stores, and restaurants.

After going months without eating at amazing Italian restaurants, it seems as though the food is being appreciated more this time around.

While drinking a glass of wine outside of Caffè Barrique in Orvieto, Sandro Urbani stated, ” I can taste the fullness of the flavor much more,” “It’s as if I’ve been on a diet over the past few months and all of a sudden I can eat a slice of salami.”

I guess the saying “You don’t appreciate what you have until it is gone” is true!
