For the bechamel
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 liter whole milk
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- salt to taste
For the pasta
- 1 kg penne (2.2 lbs)
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
