Ciabatta Pizza Pockets Recipe

Directions

  1. Cut up all your veggies
  2. Fry up some chopped garlic with a little bit of olive oil
  3. Add all chopped veggies to the frying pan and cook for 8 mins or until veggies are cooked down (add a little salt to cook it down)
  4. Cut ciabatta bread in half and create little pockets from the bread (kind of like little sandwiches 
  5. Take insides of bread out for more room to stuff ingredients inside 
  6. Spread sauce to both sids of the bread 
  7. Add cheese on top of sauced sides
  8. Add completed stir-fried veggies to the sandwiches 
  9. Fry sandwiches in a frying pan with olive oil until bread becomes golden brown 
  10. Enjoy 🙂
