Directions
- Cut up all your veggies
- Fry up some chopped garlic with a little bit of olive oil
- Add all chopped veggies to the frying pan and cook for 8 mins or until veggies are cooked down (add a little salt to cook it down)
- Cut ciabatta bread in half and create little pockets from the bread (kind of like little sandwiches
- Take insides of bread out for more room to stuff ingredients inside
- Spread sauce to both sids of the bread
- Add cheese on top of sauced sides
- Add completed stir-fried veggies to the sandwiches
- Fry sandwiches in a frying pan with olive oil until bread becomes golden brown
